Kudos: Sport management students competed in statewide competition

Congratulations to Sam Rose, MacKenzie Draper, and Catherine Swistek for representing the UGA Mary Frances Early College of Education so well at the inaugural U.S. Soccer Federation Case Study Competition. Selected as one of just 12 teams from over 125 entries, they presented an innovative business plan to grow the collegiate soccer audience through the reimagining of the NCAA Men’s Soccer Tournament through strategic marketing and logistical innovations.

Their hard work, creativity, and professionalism shined through, earning them recognition and valuable connections with U.S. Soccer Federation executives. It was an incredible opportunity to showcase their talent and gain real-world experience in sport management.
