Register for spring 2026 UGA Campus Emergency Response Training program

Applications are now being accepted for the spring 2026 Campus Emergency Response Training (CERT) class. The purpose of the CERT program is to provide education to the UGA community about disaster preparedness.

The tentative topic list for spring 2026 is:

Introduction, making an emergency kit/basic emergency preparedness
CERT organization
Active threat/stop the bleed
Patient assessment/medical/first aid
Fire safety
Light search and rescue
Basic behavioral threat analysis
Disaster psychology
Final exercise
