Auto ID cards for 2026 are available online in the auto section of the UGA Insurance and Claims Management website. This card must always remain in the vehicle. In the event of an accident, a report must be made within 48 hours by calling 1-877-656-7475.

Before leaving the scene, please make sure to collect the following information:

• Date, time, place of accident
• All vehicles (including the one you were driving)
  • Year made, model, tag
• Describe accident details
• Other individuals involved in accident
  • Name, address, home/work number, any injuries
• Police agency response, officer name, any citations
