From the Dean: Staff appreciation

Dear staff members,

On the heels of yesterday’s University celebration of staff, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the vital roles you play in our College.

Your excellence and dedication make what we do possible each day. In the Mary Frances Early College of Education, our more than 130 staff colleagues are essential partners in advancing our missions of teaching, research, outreach, and service. Whether supporting students, managing complex operations, coordinating programs and events, maintaining facilities, guiding communications, overseeing finances, or solving countless behind-the-scenes challenges, you bring professionalism, care, expertise, and commitment to every aspect of the College. Your work often happens quietly and behind the scenes, but its impact is felt everywhere.

On behalf of the entire College community, I want to express my sincere gratitude for the ways you strengthen our community and help create an environment where students, faculty, alumni, other staff, and the communities we serve can thrive. The collaborative spirit, resilience, and dedication you demonstrate each day are deeply valued and appreciated.
