Rack cards for fall recruitment

If your program is looking to recruit graduate students this fall, now is the time to start creating or updating promotional materials!

Most of the recruitment fairs and outreach events attended by recruitment coordinator Hannah Rogers Davis are in September, so all flyers, brochures, and handouts must be created and approved by the Marketing and Communications Office and delivered to Hannah by Tuesday, Sept. 1.

Last year, Hannah tabled at various on-campus locations, including the Tate Student Center and the Science Learning Center, as well as:

• Graduate school fairs (ABAC, Brenau University, Berry College, Morehouse, Savannah State, Georgia Gwinnett College, Middle GA State, Georgia State University, UNG, KSU, Dalton State, UWG, Oglethorpe, Young Harris College, Georgia Southern, etc.)
• School system fairs (Gwinnett, Forsyth, Rockdale, etc.)
• Various conferences throughout Georgia
• Teach in the Peach Signing Day

To ensure that all materials are created and printed by Sept. 1, the Office of Academic Programs is requesting that interested departments work on these rack cards over the summer. If you are interested in having your program represented at these events or need new or updated recruiting materials, please submit a ticket using the marketing and communications team’s rack card request form by Friday, July 31.
